2. The Madison Ranch Kennels provides professional pointing-dog training, obedience training, boarding, and specialized avoidance training (snake, porcupine, etc.). Service details, schedules, and prices posted on our website or provided directly to you may change without notice. Any prices shall be binding on us only when we have accepted payment for the applicable service.

3. No Warranties. All express and implied warranties are expressly excluded and disclaimed. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, we disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The information and materials contained in this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 5. Booking and Payments. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. All bookings and payments must be completed using approved methods listed on our site or via direct invoice. Payment confirms your reservation.

6. Cancellations and Refunds. Our cancellation policy is set forth in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, below, and may vary by service type.

7. Assumption of Risk. Dog training, boarding, and outdoor fieldwork involve inherent risks to animals and handlers. By engaging our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that The Madison Ranch Kennels, its owners, members, managers, employees, and agents  shall not be liable for injury to, illness of, escape by, or death of any dog, except in cases of proven intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Conduct and Safety. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a dog from training or boarding if it poses a safety risk to people or animals (as determined in our sole discretion), or if its vaccinations, health, or temperament are unsuitable for participation.

9. External Links. External links and hyperlinks to third-party websites and resources are to be used by you at your own risk. When you leave our website to use the services of, or complete transactions with, an independent third party service provider, your use of their website and services will be governed by the terms of use of the provider of the linked website. We are not responsible for the accuracy, opinions expressed, products, services, links provided by, or overall website content available at a third-party website. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Training Services.
   • We reserve the right to require a deposit, in an amount determined by us, to reserve a training slot.
   • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
   • Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will forfeit the deposit.
   • No-shows or same-day cancellations will not receive refunds.
2. Boarding Services.
   • Boarding cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled drop-off time will receive a full refund.
   • Boarding cancellations made within 72 hours of the schedule drop-off time will result in a one-night boarding charge.

3. Event Registrations (e.g., Snake/Porky Avoidance Clinics).
   • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event may receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a     future event at our discretion.

4. Weather and Emergency Policy. If an event or training session must be postponed due to severe weather, illness, or an emergency, clients will be offered a reschedule or credit toward future services.
